I first met Erin when she was the Cellar Door manager of a small distillery in Tasmania. Initial contact was via email, as the manager of their Whisky Club, and a query about one of the Club’s offerings turned into a longer professional relationship.
What drew me in to this particular distillery was the way the product was marketed - captivating photos caught the eye, bringing attention to the introduction to each expression, as it was released. I looked forward to each new delivery.
Brand loyalty is important for me, and if a company, or their representative, goes out of their way to make you feel special and important to them, I remain a loyal customer. Erin absolutely went above and beyond, making me feel like a respected and unique client, including in-person at the distillery’s cellar door.
As a result, I entrusted her to look after friends of mine who were also interested in purchasing from the distillery. Each one was delighted with her approach, which further strengthened my faith in her skills and professionalism.
