I first met Erin through her role as Marketing Manager at Old Kempton Distillery, and worked alongside her over several years, both during my time with Hobart Whisky and Battery Point Distillery, and in my current capacity as marketing contractor for the Tasmanian Whisky & Spirits Association (TWSA).
Erin consistently delivered on every front. She was organised, communicative and reliable, and the events she was involved in ran better for her presence. Erin's remit at Old Kempton was unusually broad, spanning marketing, cellar door and Café management, staff management, e-commerce, social media and web development.
What stood out to me across our years working in the same industry was how capably she carried that breadth. She is a genuinely fast learner who picks up new systems, platforms and responsibilities without fuss, and she has the organisational discipline to keep multiple workstreams moving to a high standard. Her communication is clear and timely, and she follows things through to completion.
